How it functions
The Paca-Est Incubator is a French 1901 association (non profit organisation) managed by a committee, supervised by a Board of Directors and managed by a permanent team of 5 people.
The business managers collect applications for the business incubator, carry out initial assessments, then prepare projects which have been chosen to present to the selection committee.
ROLE OF THE COMMITTEES
Several selection committee meetings take place each year. Entrepreneurs present their projects to the committee, whose role is to give an advisory opinion.
Then the members of the executive committee meet a few days later. They endorse applicants and take any other decision concerning a project.
The executive committee and the board of directors meet regularly to take the necessary decisions to ensure the business incubator operates smoothly.
These decision making bodies are made up of representatives from the members based on their typology.
